The Hyper Café Governance
The governance will be built on the guiding principle of "by the community, for the community".
The undeniable status quo
The founder and the majority of contributors for Hyperbatch are from traditional industries, engineering, IT, science, finance, game development, and fashion design. We see gaps on a daily basis and how deficient and unfair centralized companies' governance can be and we want to improve that by building closely knitted communities progressively and delegating the decision-making rights to the community members who will be impacted by the decisions the most. With that being said, we don't see how we can stitch smart contracts together to autonomously moderate and balance Hyper Café supplier development, procurement, quality control, budgeting, logistics, planning, manufacturing, and marketing at this stage and reward all stakeholders effectively. Consequently, the current Hyper Café is still centralized and we will be experimenting with different decision-making models over time to progressively drive Hyper Café governance to models that effectively balance stake rewards and community member satisfaction.
Striking the sweet balance
We will be in constant pursuit of striking the sweet balance of decentralized voting rights and key stakeholders' proposal rights.
