$HBEAN is not a security token and should not be considered as such by community members.

Security tokens

In a security token, the value of the company is directly tied to the company's valuation. More valuable the company, the more valuable the token.

Utility tokens

In a utility token, there is no relation between the current state of the company's valuation and the value of the token.

$HBEAN can be considered a quantitative gauge of your membership rights. The more $HBEAN a holder has, the more access a holder has to limited products or special services, or preferential treatment. Such as claiming real-world coffee beans or a trip to Hyperbatch Estate.

Owning $HBEAN should not be considered as partial ownership of Hyperbatch or Hyper Café.
