### Our Guiding Financial Principle

Hyperbatch is a for-profit business and it is centrally owned and governed. We will do as best as we can to stay solvent, relevant and profitable as this is the only way we can continue driving the mission of building Hyper Café a decentralized community by educating, onboarding new community members, and eventually handing the rein over to the community.
